I know, I know. What happens there stays there. But still, I couldn't resist sharing a few pictures about what was the last 'boys-night-out' of my life as a bachelor. Thanks for all the ones who contributed to this nice outing. That's all I'm going to say about it ... hehehe.

There are times when all the stars seem to be aligned and everything just works in harmony. With surprises at each street corner, friendly people to chat with and lots of good food, the trip to Seattle certainly was one of those moments. My boss should think twice before sending me to the annual conference... one day we might actually stay there!

Thierry and Nicole have been traveling the world for the last few months desperately searching for their way back to Switzerland. They didn¡¦t find their home country yet but the winds pushed them towards San Francisco and Mountain View where we had to take these two poor vagabonds in. After traveling the world for so long, we had the tough task of making them discover new things. Luckily, we have the Saddle Rack!

We have participated to the race for three years in a row and every time we are amazed by the creativity and energy all the people are putting into this event. What pushes all the participants to get up at six o'clock in the morning on a cloudy Sunday morning, to put on crazy outfits and to run through the downtown for 7.46 miles?We couldn’t verify this for sure but we strongly suspect that some of the motivations may include naked buts, jelloshots, beer, tortillas, running salmons and much more!!!

I still remember that evening when Karen was staring at the pot of melted cheese in the cabin we had rented in Tahoe. Fear could be seen on her face and it didn’t take long before she gave a generous donation to the god of the restroom. So it is not surprising that both Karen and Lulu booked a last minute trip to L.A. on the day just before our raclette! This can only mean one thing: More food for us... mmmmh.

The annual winter ball was conveniently held this year at the Computer Museum in Mountain View, just a few blocks away from our apartment. As always we enjoyed hanging out again with Patrick's coworkers and their significant others. This edition of the ball had however a surprise guest, who got everybody's attention. Despite his terrifying look and his sinister red eyes, people were fighting to get closer to him: The mechanical bull!
